Burton Care Connect provides a free care home referral and matching service for families and healthcare professionals in and around Burton-on-Trent. We search our network of CQC-registered care homes to identify suitable options based on the information you provide.
Our service is free to families and referrers. We are funded by care homes in our network when a successful placement is made. This does not influence our recommendations.
While we make every effort to find suitable care home options, we cannot guarantee availability or that a placement will be secured. Bed availability changes frequently and is ultimately determined by the care homes themselves.
We rely on the information you provide to match you with suitable homes. Please ensure the details you give us are accurate and up to date. We also make reasonable efforts to keep our knowledge of network homes current, but care home ratings, availability and services can change.
Burton Care Connect acts as an introducer and adviser. We are not a care provider and do not employ care staff. Any contract for care will be between you and the care home directly. We are not party to, and accept no liability for, the terms of any agreement made between you and a care home.
Our website may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burton Care Connect shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our referral service, including but not limited to any inaccuracy in information provided about care homes, or any care received following a placement we facilitated.
